BOG MOSS

Bog Moss is a small dark green branched aquatic or wetland plant. The stems are usually prostrate and are also often found submerged. The leaves are bright to dark green, spirally arranged on the stem, longish and 1/8 to ½ inch long. The small showy flowers are pink with 3 petals. Bog moss usually forms creeping mats on moist soil. Sonar AS is an effective control. Also good is Navigate Granular Herbicide.
