Onsite
consultation services can include, but are not limited
to, site management and involvement from design through completion of the water
feature project. The overall size and scope of any
given project may range from a decorative backyard water feature
to a lake construction project that requires a proactive and
preemptive approach to long-term care. Water feature leaks,
filtration and water quality issues are problems that can and will be addressed
during an onsite consultation.
Fees
for such consultations will include an onsite daily
salary of $1,000 (USD) and all expenses related
to travel and lodging. All travel and lodging arrangements will
be handled by AquaPro Services™.
Onsite consultation days will include up to 10 consecutive
hours. A one hour lunch period will be allowed
per working day. Manual labor by our consultant
and/or a staff member of AquaPro Services™ will be
included, as needed, within the daily services of onsite consultation.
When applicable, heavy machinery and
other equipment may be needed in order to complete the repair
or construction of a water feature project. All onsite machinery
and equipment will be
the responsibility of the hiring party.
Additional
onsite staff members provided by AquaPro Services™ will
be agreed upon by both parties prior to the consultation date set forth.
Fees for the additional staff member(s) provided by AquaPro Services™ will
include an onsite daily salary of $600 (USD) per staff member and all expenses
related to travel and lodging. All travel and lodging arrangements will
be handled by AquaPro Services™. Onsite consultation days
will include up to consecutive 10 hours. A one hour
lunch period will be allowed per working day. Manual labor
by our consultant and/or a staff member of AquaPro Services™ will be
included, as needed, within the daily services of onsite
consultation.
Contractual
hiring of AquaPro Services™ as a company to perform
complete water feature construction
duties will be considered on an individual basis. All
recommendations and findings by our consultant and/or
a staff member
of AquaPro Services™ during an onsite consultation will
be documented and calculated to the best of their abilities.
When applicable, a comprehensive file including such items
will be duplicated and provided to the hiring party.
Scheduling
a consultation date will require a *non-refundable
retainer fee of $250 (USD). After the
retainer fee has been received, both parties (hiring
and contracted) will attempt to establish
a period of time for the consultation services to
be performed. After the contracted dates are agreed upon,
in writing, by both parties, an additional
fee of $750 (USD) will be required for the reservation
of travel and lodging arrangements as well as the prepayment of
the first day of onsite consultation salary of $1,000 (USD). Total
prepayments to be paid by the hiring party will equal $2,000
(USD).
