SPIKERUSHES

Spikerushes are a group of over 24 species of wetland plants that grow in moist soil and shallow water of ponds, bogs, marshes and ditches. The stems are 3 or 4 angled and are topped by a terminal spike. The smaller species of spikerush that grow in the water, near or under the surface can be treated with Navigate granular herbicide. Other more emergent taller species can be treated with Rodeo, AquaPro or Shore-Klear with Cide-Kick additive.
